A. Hang Clean (bel knee): build to tough weight

B. In teams of 3, complete the following for time:
Run 800m
100 hand-release push-ups / Med ball hold
150 wall balls / KB hold
200 kettlebell swings / Plank hold
Run 800m

-runs completed as a team
-one person working, one person holding, one person resting
-exercises must be done in order

C. Stretch
