B. EOMOM for 14 min:
    3-5 Deadlift (heavy)
    5-7 Push-up
       >>Scale up with ring push-ups or clapping push-ups

C1. 1-arm DB SP: 3x6-8/side @ 21X1; no rest
C2. SL Supine Hip Thrust: 3x6-8/side; rest 60 sec
