B1. DB Split Squat: 4x6-8 @ 3010; no rest
B2. Ring Row: 4x6-8 @ 3011; rest 45 sec (adjust angle to increase/decrease difficulty)

C. Four Rounds:
     In 40 sec complete the following:
     Sprint to Venus and back
     Max burpees
     Rest 80 sec b/t rounds
