Skill / Technique / Hell / Side Planks

A. Handstand work: 10 min
     >>Play around with handstands for 10 minutes. Choose whichever skill you'd like to work on i.e. static holds, handstand walking, HSPU, negatives, deficit work, etc.

B. Clean technique: 8 min

C. Five Rounds:
    400m Run
    15 unbroken Wall Ball
    10 Box Jumps  (box jumps will have mandatory step-down, unless otherwise directed by coach)
    Rest 2 min b/t rounds

D. Side Planks: 4 x 45-60 sec/side
