Mobility: T-Spine!

A. EMOM for 10 min:
   3-4 pull-ups
   5-7 push-ups

B. Back Squat: 3x5 @ 30X1

C. 5 sets:
     5 burpee
     7 kettlebell swing
     30 sec Airdyne sprint
    -rest 60 sec-

D. Stretch: 5 min
