B1. Supine Hip Thrust: 3 x 6-8/side; no rest
B2. HSPU / Push-up: 3 x Max Reps; rest 60 sec

C. Heavy Prowler Pushes + Fun: 6-8 sets
       >>Fun = grip work, 1-arm DB SP, Farmer Carries, etc.
