This week we begin testing some of our lifts, namely the squat, press, and deadlift. We'll still be incorporating the Olympic lifts slowly and progressively to re-familiarize everyone with them.  Do not miss Monday, Tuesday or Thursday!!  These are important test dates!

A. Snatch from hip: 4-6 sets, light/easy

B. Back Squat: Find 1RM

C. For time:
    Row 500m, then
    Kettlebell Swing

D. Stretch: 3-5 min
