Veteran's Day. This workout is in honor of nation's troops far and wide. In the CrossFit sense, I honestly don't feel that a hero workout needs to consist of 200+ reps or excessive high-skill and potentially dangerous movements. No workout can "mimic" the struggle or sacrifice of those who valiantly serve our country and we should not be so naive to think it ever could. Instead, honor our troops through your effort during this workout. Move fast, move well, and give it everything you have. Afterwards, I ask that you take some time to think about our nation's soldiers, their sacrifice, their efforts, and everything they continue to do for this country.
