B. 90/90 Breathing: 4 sets of 4 breaths

C. Snatch with pause below knees: 75%x2, 80%x2, 85%x2, build to heavy double

D. 3 Rounds for time: 15 chest-to-bar pull-ups 15 kettlebell swings, 24kg/16kg 200m Overhead Plate Carry, 45#/25#
